Everyone loves a nice fruity Chocolate bar ... here is ours . We mixed the ingredients, organic lemon peel and cocoa butter from Madagascar for hours and then added dragon fruit to give the chocolate a soft summery colour.
After this time we was very excited to sample it .... and it was amazing ...
The texture is smooth and creamy with an ultimate snap.
The flavours are perfectly blended to give an elegant lemon taste and combined with the raspberry pieces gives that perfect fruity combination..
A perfect chocolate bar for a summer evening ... gin and chocolate!
Now the bar is made we now need to think of a name and design the label 🏷
